This Privacy Policy explains how Shahid Azad Apps collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our application, FinTrack, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

To provide you with a comprehensive financial management experience, we collect the following types of information when you create an account and use FinTrack:

• Personal Identity Information: Name, Email Address, WhatsApp Number, Date of Birth (DOB), and Profession.
• Security Data: mPIN (encrypted) used to secure your application access.
• Financial Data: Information you actively input into the app, including bank balances, credit card limits, loan details, personal debts, assets, income, expenses, and investment portfolios.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to provide and improve the FinTrack service:

• To create, manage, and secure your account via Google Firebase.
• To allow you to securely import and export your financial data.
• To send you transactional notifications, alerts, and PDF reports via Email and WhatsApp.
• AI Financial Analysis: FinTrack uses your anonymized financial inputs to provide personalized advice, budget insights, and debt-clearing strategies using an integrated AI assistant.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services to ensure the app functions securely and efficiently. These services have their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure cloud database storage, user authentication, and app hosting.
• Anthropic (Claude API): Used to power the AI chat and financial behavior analysis. Relevant financial context is processed by this API to generate your personalized advice.
• Unity Ads: Used to display rewarded video advertisements for users who choose the ad-supported premium model.
• Razorpay: Used to securely process payments for our monthly subscription (₹99/month). We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers; all payment processing is handled strictly by Razorpay.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You have full control over your data. Your data is retained in our Firebase cloud storage as long as your account is active so you can seamlessly access it across devices.

How to Delete Your Data: You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal and financial data directly within the FinTrack app. By navigating to the Account Settings and selecting "Delete Account," your personal details, financial records, and login credentials will be immediately and irreversibly erased from our Firebase servers.

5. Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. Your account access is protected by your custom mPIN. All data transmitted between your device and our Firebase cloud servers is encrypted in transit. However, please remember that no electronic storage system is 100% secure.
